5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the images and text prompts you upload to Ai Vortex ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

5.2 Content Restrictions

• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence, gore, or harm to individuals or animals
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to process any User Content that violates these Terms. We may use automated systems and human review to detect prohibited content.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes, provided that:

• Your subscription or payment is current and in good standing
• The content complies with these Terms
• You do not claim our AI technology as your own

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated content
• Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements

We do not guarantee that AI-generated videos will be of any particular quality or meet your expectations. AI technology may produce unexpected or unintended results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
• Any content generated by our AI technology

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ai Vortex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

13. Termination

Upon termination:
